In addition to real-time monitoring, the BLACKBOX stores onboard all the waveforms of every network cycle at samples rates of 256 to 1,024 for between one day and one year+ (depending on model). By recording all data points on all waveforms, the BLACKBOX eliminates the need for thresholds, triggers or setting parameters for logging. The BLACKBOX calculates RMS, harmonics, and all desired values from waveforms in post-processing. The total number of parameters is practically unlimited.
A unique time synchronization algorithm assures that logged data from multiple units is synchronized and displayed on the same time scale with typical 0.1ms resolution. The result? Every event is accurately analyzed for precise root cause analysis.
The G4410 samples at 256 samples per cycle and reads harmonics to the 127th. In addition it offers a 2x measurement during overload and a 12 Bit A/D processor for fast processing. With 64MB of internal memory, the G4410 can record 5 million waveforms logs which is one day of data.
The G4410 offers excellent built-in communications capabilities with one Ethernet port for remote connectivity, RS485/422 port, on-board web server for data access, Modbus RTU capability in SCADA applications and 2 integral communications ports.
